People don’t always love their health insurers. Why? Because they over complicate EVERYTHING. What’s a claim? Who’s in-network? Why’s this out-of-pocket? It’s a lot to figure out. So, rather than just being a typical health insurer—we decided to become a health reassurer instead.
In everything we created, from social to email to out-of-home, we connected with our audiences by using their voices and questions—and then answering them in the easiest, fastest, more reassuring way possible.
Results / So many new enrollments that the site went down. We were pretty pumped to break (a small part of) the Internet.

This was a direct response campaign, so our RTBs had to be front and center. But that doesn't mean we couldn't directly connect with our audience.
