People don’t love health insurers. Why? Because they over complicate EVERYTHING. What’s a claim? Who’s in-network? How’s this out-of-pocket? It’s a lot to figure out. So, rather than being just like other health insurers—we transformed Cigna Healthcare into a health reassurer instead.
In everything we created, from social to email to out of home, we connected with our audience by using their own voices and questions—and then answering them in the easiest, more reassuring way possible.
Results / So many new Individual and Family Plan enrollments the site almost went down. Consider breaking the internet a major win.
